We are in the building
Five years operating inside the Guangdong supply chain — next to the factories, the component markets, and the engineering teams, not managing them from an overseas desk.
About ShenzhenList
Nine people in the Pearl River Delta. Since 2021 we have screened over 5,000 factories, physically walked 3,800 of them, and run sourcing projects for more than 300 overseas buyers — verifying, negotiating, inspecting, and shipping, paid by the buyer and nobody else.

Track record
How we count
Screened, visited, and on the list are three different things, and most sourcing companies blur them deliberately. These are our definitions.
The site visits are the expensive part, and most of them were made before any client asked for them. That is the actual cost of maintaining a list that no factory can buy its way onto.
How we make money
"We don't take kickbacks" is easy to write and impossible for you to check. So here is the actual mechanism.
Consultation fees paid by the buyer
Day rates for factory visits and inspections
A service fee on projects we run end to end
A flat operations fee at the consolidation warehouse
Our service fees are published on the pricing page. Factory quotes are shown to you unmarked and freight is passed through at the carrier rate, so you can verify both yourself.
Working principles
Five years operating inside the Guangdong supply chain — next to the factories, the component markets, and the engineering teams, not managing them from an overseas desk.
Recommendations start with your product, your market, and your risk. Never with a factory that wants the order.
No commission, no rebate, no listing fee. A supplier cannot buy a place on our list, a better position on a shortlist, or a softer inspection result.
Certificates and listings are a starting point. Capability is confirmed by someone standing on the production floor.
Shenzhen electronics and smart hardware is where we are genuinely strong. We say so when a project sits outside it.
You get the open risks and the things we could not confirm, delivered as quickly as the good findings. No manufactured certainty.
Sampling, factory communication, QC, and logistics need someone local doing the work — an email introduction is not a supply chain.
The relationship is the product. Same team on your next order, your next SKU, and the problem that surfaces six months from now.
